Debbie is a qualified Master NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner. With her background of over 20 years in social work and trauma informed practice she has enjoyed teaching others about mindfulness and creating bespoke meditations to help people through various blocks and challenges in life.    

Her ultimate wish is to make the world a better place one woman at a time.
